Policies
1. Nutrition Clinic is not a health food store; therefore, supplements are provided under the direction of our doctors and practitioners. Because an individual’s biochemistry is continually changing--especially when a nutritional program is being followed to make positive changes--it is vitally important to regularly review an individual’s nutritional status. For this reason, Nutrition Clinic has had a policy in place since its inception in 1999 that each patient, in order to continue to refill supplements, have at least one consultation per year to re-assess his/her nutritional needs so that any adjustments can be made to the patient’s protocol.

2. Nutritional supplements are not refundable or exchangeable due to the insurance requirements and the maintenance of quality and control of our inventory.

3. We ask patients to give us 24-hour notice of a canceled or rescheduled appointment to avoid consultation charges.

4. Payment is to be made when services are rendered. Nutrition Clinic accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gift certificates are available and can be purchased at Nutrition Clinic.
