Patient Tests

Zinc Taste Test

This is a very simple test that takes only about 1 minute. Zinc is one of the most deficient minerals in the American diet. This is a key element for the function of the sexual and immune systems. Zinc also provides support for teeth, bones, nails, hair, and skin. Zinc is essential to normal fetal growth and for the production of antibodies, white blood cells, and thymus hormonal function.
Cost: $10

Saliva pH Test

This is a challenge test to monitor mineral reserves. Can detect physical and mental stress by subjecting the patient to an acid challenge (lemon juice), while alkaline buffer reactions are monitored on a time line. When subjected to high levels of stress the body becomes acidic, causing valuable alkaline minerals to be displaced.
Cost: $35
Adrenal Stress Urine Test This test will reveal amounts of chloride being displaced in the urine. High acidity is the result of a hyper-stimulated sympathetic system. Adrenal stress is now a major health challenge of the American population. Morning sample of urine is required.

Cost: $25

Estronex 2/16 Test

This test is a measurement of two important forms of estrogen: 2-OHE1 (the "good" estrogen) and 16-a-OHE1 (the "bad" estrogen). The ratio of "good to bad estrogen" is determined from a single urine specimen. Studies have shown that women with low Estronex 2/16 ratios have much higher rates of breast cancer. (See "Educational Documents" on this website for further information on the 2/16 ratio.)
Cost: $139
